Mr. Bachar Sleiman Naja is a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor ( TAE ), and Practice Manager with more than 20 years of successful improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs, lowering employee turnover, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Mr. Bachar is a dynamic leader, strategic thinker and decision-maker whose expertise includes:

- Presentation development and delivery to enhance the ability of staff to influence clients, employees, and other decision-makers.
Mr. Bachar gained his extra-ordinary experience growing up and receiving all of his formal education in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Naja used his skills to turn a number of businesses into profitable organisations including Dental Laboratories, Dental clinics, an Obstetrics/Gynaecologist clinics, Medical Centres, Import/Export Companies, Building and Construction Companies, a number of Retail Outlets as well as consulting with members of The Dental Associations around the world on matters concerning the restructuring of the association.
