Most of our clients insist on strict confidentiality, so we cannot divulge any information about them beyond their industry and a general description of the type of services we provided them.
Do you work with clients outside of the Sydney metropolitan area?
YES! We have worked with clients across Australia, as well as the Middle East.

Having said that, we believe that the value we bring to the table is not industry expertise — which you already possess in abundance — but rather an understanding of what investors like to see in a potential opportunity.
Can you guarantee that our plan will succeed?
Of course not. Nobody can make that guarantee (and if somebody ever makes that guarantee, it’s a good idea to run away quickly). A good planning is essential, but a plan alone will not get you very far. Although we will do our best to help you prepare, we have no control over how things will eventually occur. We can coach and we can mentor, but at the end of the day, it’s your business and you must close the deals.
Do we need a business plan at all?
If you run a business, then it’s probably safe to say yes. In fact, you may require more than one business plan: one for raising capital and one for running your business. The former is a compact, easily digested strategic document that is designed to persuade potential investors to pick up the phone and invite you to their offices for an initial meeting. The latter is a more detailed document serving as a day-to-day roadmap, detailing the tactics supporting your overall strategy. The former needs to be an attractive document that sells; the latter can be a collection of spreadsheets, lists, research summaries, and other documents stuffed in a binder that you refer to and update on a regular basis. Both plans are essential, and we can help you in preparing both.
I understand that business strategy consulting can be very expensive. Can you help me if I am on a more limited budget?
Everything we do is tailored to each client’s individual situation. If you tell us your budget, as long as it is reasonable, we can work with it. However, our focus is on delivering HIGH VALUE to clients, NOT low prices.
Will I be locked into a long term expensive contract?
Not at all. The needs of each client are unique and therefore so will be our recommended solutions. There are no lock in contracts and the coaching or training can cease at any time.
What is the cost of coaching & training?
Our methodology at Vitals Consultants is that no two companies are the same. Therefore not only do we offer unique products we ensure the cost will suit your circumstances. The vast majority see our fees as an investment with an impressive returns.
Who creates the content for your training programs?
Our training programs are written especially for each company, no two are the same and they are not off the self. Before we write a program for you we do a complete needs analysis.
We find what it is that makes you unique, what works for you and what you need changed. We then go away write the program for you and then deliver it in a manner ensuring we get results.

What does Business Coaching involve?
At our first consultation we set agreed goals for your business and the coaching program. We will ask some tough questions about your business, and you may hear things you don’t want to hear. We will be very honest with you about what we think is good about your business, and those areas that need attention. At the end of each session, there will be some homework.
The final objective of the coaching process is to transfer to you the sustained skills you need to take your business to the next level, on your own.
How long does Business Coaching take?
This depends on what needs to be addressed within your business. Some programs are very quick, but for others, who want systemic changes in their business, and want to take their business to the next level, the change process will occur over a longer period. Because you will be changing your habits, attitudes, behaviours and your business culture. And you want this change to be sustained. Whatever the period you can opt out at any time.
The commitment for you, is typically four hours/week, to transform your business but again this will vary with the issues being addressed. If you feel you are unable to commit to that time to save your business, then you are not ready to save your business. We are not employed to tell you what you want to hear but we are there to tell you what you NEED to hear to turn your business and your life around.
