The Standards of the National Code detail specific requirements registered provider must meet to comply with their obligations. It is mandatory for staff of all RTO’s who interact with international students to understand the requirements of the National Code and ESOS Act.
This workshop will guide you through all of the 15 Standards of the National Code, highlighting all the key requirements including the ESOS Act.

Part A: Framework Part B: Government Roles and Responsibilities Part C: Registration on CRICOS Part D: Standards for Registered Providers ( 1 – 15 ). The Code is a legally-enforceable legislative instrument, breaches of which can result in sanctions such as: Imposition of conditions on the provider's registration, suspension and cancellation.
